Change their faith and drink as much alcohol as they want if they want to do it openly. If they want to stay muslim then, you need to be bounded by muslim rules. Alcohol is HARAAM in Islam, if you want to argue why it is, then argue with God. If you want to drink it secretly, then thats on you.

You do no there is no compulsion in Islam. You can't make a Muslim by forcing him. I and millions of other Muslims live in west. Most of us don't drink yet there is alcohol shop on every corner. In Pakistan those who want to drink do so despite the ban.
