All confirmed cases of temples destroyed and mosques built upon them should be legally given back to the Hindu community in a peaceful manner so as to maintain communal harmony.
And it's got nothing to do with what the Turks do with some church. This is our land and our history and heritage that needs respecting.

ISLAMABAD - As many as 42 mosques in the Federal Capital have been illegally constructed while 82 other mosques have encroached upon the CDAs land. A document available with TheNation revealed that 21 mosques in the sectors of G series were built without proper NOC from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) while 55 mosques have been expanded beyond the allotted area. In sectors of F series, 10 mosques have been illegally constructed while 13 other mosques have encroached on the additional area owned by the Authority. In I series, too, 8 illegal and 14 encroached mosques existed. Majority of the illegal mosques have been constructed on green belts, incidental open spaces or plots reserved for future construction of schools, parks or community centres etc. While the 82 mosques mentioned above have encroached upon the additional CDAs land aimed to build associated seminary, shops, parking area or residence for Imam. In certain cases, the new structures have been erected without permission along the old ones. Masjid Usman-e-Ghani in G-6/2 (parking area measuring 80x230'), Masjid Al Falah in G-7/3 (Madrassa Samiyya measuring 100x200') and Jamia Masjid Abdullah Bin Masood in G-9 Markaz (residence of Imam Masjid measuring 86x85) have encroached upon the CDAs land. Moreover, Masjid Zubair in I-8/1 (1566 sq yards), Masjid Ali Al Murtaza in I-9/1 (1258 sq yards) and Masjid Khalid Bin Waleed in I-8/3 (1335 sq yards) are built on CDA land without any permission. Maulana Abdul Majeed Abid, Khateeb Masjid Abu Ubaid Bin Al Jarah, which, according to CDA record has encroached on an additional area of 1317 sq yards, when asked to comment said that former Chairman CDA Shafi Sehwani had allowed them to build mosque on the said land in 1988. However, he repeatedly asked this correspondent not to mention that the mosque was built on encroached land. He also warned CDA and the government not to create Lal Masjid like situation again. Administrator of Masjid Ali ul Murtaza, however, admitted that the mosque was constructed on CDAs land without permission. He said that they had applied in the CDA for granting NOC for the mosque. Former chairman CDA Kamran Lashari had permitted us to perform prayers in the mosque but hadnt allowed construction, Haji Inayatullah said. TheNation, however, witnessed concrete walls and temporary shelter been laid on an area of 1258 sq yards. When contacted, Jamia Faridias Mufti Salahuddin said that construction of mosque on public property or unauthorized expansion of the mosque was forbidden in Shariah. He, however, said that CDA should take action against the violators right after they start construction of unauthorized mosques on CDAs lands. Once a mosque or madrassa is built, it is painful to see them being demolished, he said. CDAs Director Enforcement Capt (Retd) Faiz said the matters regarding mosques construction came under the jurisdiction of Auqaf Department. However he did not directly comment if CDA was helpless against the religious sentiments of people. He said that CDA ignored the issue in past but now onward no one would be allowed to violate CDA rules.
