Should government try IK and TUQ for treason after the long march is over?

These Qadris, Khans, and Chaudharies will be nothing without Army's support. When the time is right bring the big fish to its knees. Cut down defence budget and secret funds, hang Musharraf in public and allow Courts to open missing person cases.

I think after the drama of long march is over, government should try both IK and TUQ for treason and get them convicted and sent to gallows. They have been openly rebelling the state and are bringing so much shame to pakistan and pakistanis all over the world.

No, they shouldn't. PTI and PAT's humiliating defeat is enough. Imran has made himself look like a fool, but if the government acts to charge him for treason, PTI will end up making him a martyr..

Qadri should be deported with no option to come back.
Imran Khan must pay a price and should be made into a political non-entity: Ignore him. If the rumors of PTI defections are true then Imran is destined to go back to the political wilderness where he has been for most of the last 18 years of his political career. That's the worst punishment for him. He just doesn't have the temperament to be a political leader.

All I know is that IK has one last chance, if he doesn't stop his foolishness right now, he has no chance of winning future elections. My brother in law just came back from Pakistan yesterday, and from what he's told me, almost my entire extended family have left IK's camp and have become independent. The only ones who still support IK are some of my more stubborn uncles.

Was it coup against elected Prime Ministers, abandoning Kashmir issue and ending up using civillians to protect Lahore and Sialkot in 65, breaking East Pakistan in 1971, the hanging of Zulfiqar Bhutto arguably greatest leader of Pakistan, the Afghan War of 80s, Kargil Conflict that again saw loss of terrirtories, decision to make LOC offical border, again couping an elected Prime Minister, decisions to send innocent people to Guntanamo bay to please Western masters, fighting a war which involved no Pakistani in 9/11, house arresting AQ Khan father of nuclear bomb, killing Nawab Bugti to solve Balochistan crises, allowing foreign drone strikes in Pakistani territory, fighting against supreme court judges and lawyers and last but not least protecting OBL in Abbottabad ?

Why even one chance? I have been following his behavior since 2007 and I notice constant THREATS or ACTUAL long marches and dharnas and ugly language used in public meetings.

We give him one more chance, he will recuperate, and will come back another long march or dharna. I gave up on him when he started blocking NATO supplies convoy.

I don't know what are you smoking. Army is only one who have kept issue of Kashmir alive because thats what Pakistanis want. Otherwise Ganja instead of meeting Kashmiris, met some baniya businessmen. Backclash in Pakistan after that is the reason now Pakistan chose Kashmiris over talks with India.

No matter how popular some political party gets, there are issues which Pakistanis only trust army with.

Nawaz Sharif & Shabaz Sharif are thiefs, many corruption cases pending. In addition to that they rigged the election in 2013. Therefor Nawaz Sharif should be prosecute for treason.

This drama should be over in couple of days. Even PTI members have refused to resign despite IK demand. He has been humiliated by his own party members.
