Should General Bajwa get another extension?

Never ever, any general should get any extension. Further, no civil political interference in the promotion system in Pakistan armed forces. If civilians enjoy any such privilege in the constitution, it should be withdrawn.
Armed forces promotions should only be on a professional basis and manner. The political interference is there only to politicize the armed forces, which usually blows back in the past as we witnessed.
The mess in the country was only created whenever the head of political governments tried to interfere and dig out the general who suits his vested interests to politicize the armed forces.

There should be a blanket ban on Extensions. Under no circumstances any civilian or other institution should be able to get extensions. Not only does it deprive junior officers of their rightful place but it also sets a bad precedence.

General Raheel Shareef said he doesn't want extention because Pakistan army has enough people who can continue working to defend the nation so why Bajwa should be able to get a 2nd extention. Bring in some General who has the guts to destroy terrorism.

Terrorists, their financiers, sympathisers will be destroyed. The same General who visited UK and made it crystal clear that ISIS shadow will not be allowed in Afghanistan/Pakistan region. You need to wonder why he said this

Khuda ka khof kr bhai. He is getting too old. He probably already needs a team of PAs to do basic stuff such as keeping track of emails. Old people are inefficient and not aligned with modern technology. This trend of extensions should be put to an end.
