I too have lived in Karachi for a few months we cant apply European formula on arid Karachi

I'm personally against late businesses but 7 pm is extreme....even in the reclusive small towns of Scandinavia, the grocery shops are open till 09:00 PM at least.

Well if not 7, then close all markets at 8 pm. It will work and eventually be productive.
I am settled here for good, and since last 3-4 years, the traffic has gone insane after 6.
