I think you really need to look in the mirror. Blaming the discrimination black people receive in the present day on long dead people isn't very logical.
Blaming some White 1830's slaveholder in Virginia for when you hit the lock button in your car when a black person walks by is just the usual cop-out to avoid facing the truth.
That's a pretty shallow way of looking at things. Note that I never denied that there are major social problems today that are present in the Black underclass which does contribute to their community's disproportionate number of crimes committed. However, it is undeniable how this culture and mindset was produced, through centuries of dehumanization and ostracization.
