COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) - Danish media are reporting that several shots have been fired at a cafe in Copenhagen where a meeting about freedom of speech was being held.

The TV2 channel said Saturday there were some 30 bullet holes in the window outside the Krudttoenden cafe and said at least two people were taken out on stretches.

The cafe in northern Copenhagen is known for its jazz concerts. It was hosting an event titled "Art, blasphemy and the freedom of expression" when shots were fired.

Several police officers have reportedly been hit.

Shooting at 'Krudttønden' culture house, where Lars Wilks, an islam critical Swedish artist, as well as the French ambassador, attended a debate meeting.

1 victim dead, 2 wounded. 1 assailant. Woman carjacked afterwards.

Police confirmed one Dead And 3 wounded.

Look at the profile of many of these attackers they are mostly Arabs, you just don't see other nationalities of Muslims doing these attacks. So yes Arab community is problematic in Europe and Europeans themselves are saying this irrespective of what media is telling. You think it is sensationalist that in a peaceful country like Denmark gun shots have been fired against a freedom of speech rally?

I agree,the media shouldn't report the news when crazies gunn people down in Western cities in the name of their religion.It should be ignored as not to disturb sensibilites.When such incidents happen they should air gymnastics or polo matches.

You're going to suffer one way or another. For same reason Russians will suffer demonization. Arabs are victims to colonialism due to their oil resources, and strategic pathways in ME. First of all then you have proven to be an idiot with that comment. Secondly we don't know the identity of those 2 attackers. Shouting Allahu Akbar does not make you an Arab. Millions upon millions of non-Arabs speak Arabic. After all it's in the top 5 of most spoken languages in the world. A major world language. The two terrorists identity is unknown.

You are talking about less than 100 people in total.

The 4 suicide bombers during the 7-7-2005 bombings in London were 3 Pakistanis and 1 Jamaican. The two terrorists during the Charlie Hebdo were Berbers. So were most of the terrorists during the 2004 Madrid train bombings.

Those terrorists in Beslan were not Arabs either. Nor those that hijacked that theatre in Moscow.

Outside of that there have been no major terrorist attacks in Europe and you have 10 million or so Arabs.

Boko Haram are not Arabs. Caucasian terrorists are not Arabs. Taliban are not Arabs. The thousands upon thousands of terrorists in Pakistan are not Arabs. Militants in Southern Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia are not Arabs.

Al-Shaabab in Somalia are not Arabs.

The Peshawar school attack was not done by Arabs.

There are 450 million Arabs in the world. A microscopic amount shall not define such a diverse group of people.

The fact that you have 250.000 Muslims (half of them being Arabs) in Denmark and there never being an episode like this before despite Danish soldiers taking part in the invasions of Iraq, Afghanistan and the Danish Prophet Muhammad (saws) cartoons shows clearly that we are dealing with a very, very microscopic minority of deranged individuals. A lot of the international attacks have been done by Arab people or Arab organizations like AQ, that is undeniable. Biggest one was 9/11 then there was the first attack on the WTC. Madrid bombing and Charlie Hebdo were done by Arabs you can call them "Berbers" if that makes you feel better. You exported this ideology with KSA funding.
