Shocking! Husband mercilessly thrashing wife caught on camera in India

Chandigarh: A brutal video of a husband mercilessly thrashing his wife has come to the fore in Punjab.
The CCTV footage shows the husband beating his wife on his child's birthday in the Presidency Hotel in Punjab's Hoshiarpur district.

In the video, the kid is seen pleading his father not to beat his mother, but the heartless husband seems in no mood to relent.

Importantly, victim Ravinder Kaur and her husband Gagandeep live separately as they had earlier filed for divorce.

Speaking to Zee Media, Kaur said she was celebrating her kid's birthday in the Presidency Hotel, when her husband said he is taking the child home.

“As my son doesn't know his father, he started crying. When I tried to stop him, my husband started beating me,” Kaur said.

Police have, meanwhile, received the video footage and registered a case. However, the police is yet to arrest Gagandeep.
