Actually, they can stop it, quite easily too. The only thing stand between that and a collapse is Obama, and I highly doubt Obama will allow an Iraqi collapse become a part of his legacy. As if they could stop it, even if they wanted to. They have disturbed one too many equilibria in the region (Though very bad they were) in hope of achieving good equilibrium but the systems have broken into chaos.
It should be formed right now. The land should be declared a theocracy, and should not be in the hands of any nation. It should be an independent entity, with a religious administration.not sure about the rest but i think the "islamic sacred state " will form sooner or later ..
Scores dead in attack on Sunni mosque in Iraq - Middle East - Al Jazeera English
At least 73 people have been killed after a Shia Muslim armed group opened fired inside an Iraqi Sunni mosque in the country's eastern Diyala province, medical sources have said.
A security source said bodies had been arriving at the hospital in the city of Baquba in Diyala province on Friday.
Al Jazeera's Jane Arraf, reporting from Erbil, said that according to local sources, the attack could have been in retaliation for a roadside bomb attack at a recruitment event organised by the same militia.
Such sectarian violence could hurt efforts by Iraq's new prime minister, moderate Shia Haider al-Abadi, to form a government that can unite Iraqis against the Islamic State group, the Sunni rebel group that has seized large parts of the country.
It's the other way around, now Arabs will pretend to be angry whilst everyone has been quiet for the decade of ISIS killings. Not too long ago you wrote a comment in the thread expressing how happy you were that people were being killed.
Anyway,
Several articles state different things which make it confusing.

Shia aren't that famous with suicide bombings, I doubt that it's Asaib ahl al haq. Looks more like ISIS but painted as Shi'a milita by Al Jazeera which has been adopted as the perpetrator by other news agencies.
Also
Smells like ISIS now doesn't it.
Masha Allah brother, you have changed your views completely,When this conflict started i remember you taking the side of the safavid mushrik worms,Now just like any gullible Pakistani sunni you realized what our fellow brethren are going through in Iraq. This was in the Imam Owais village on the canal south of Ba'quba. The canal flowing down towards north easter Baghdad [ Sadr City ] therefore not far from Baghdad.
So, it is in an area where the Shia Iranian trained militias are quite active as they think it is their backyard.
But 90% of rural areas in this area are all Sunni.
The terrorist shia Iranian trained militias have been killing innocent Sunnis without impunity all around Baghdad, especially in the South in Babil and Wasit. Just recently they have kidnapped more than 80 Sunnis from Wasit Province.
It is a Sunni genocide that is actually taking place in Iraq
no, all local Sunni Iraqis including the MP Nahida al Dayani have said that it is the genocidal asaib al haq responsible They even shot women who went to save their sons and husbands in the masjid!
what are they doing in Diyala?
Diyala is 80% Sunni. What are these terrorist asain al batil bastards doing in Diyala?

Thanks for the information bro. Any press releases regarding this?

This is flaming a sectarian war, and is exactly what a group like ISIS wants.
Every day lots of Shia and Sunni people are being killed by ISIS and there is no title of Sunni killing Shia or Sunni killing Sunni.
But now from an unconfirmed source there comes a title, Shia killing Sunni in a Sunni mosque.
Please remove this thread, as this kinda threads are exactly what, we don't need especially in these days.
I am not sure about the name of the village. But it is a famous village because an Iraqi MP comes from there, a woman by the name Nahida al Dayani, who is a Sunni Iraqi. These people are not wahabis, or ISIS criminals etc. They are common rural tribal Sunnis who actually are against the ISIS terrorists.
This is the latest happening in Iraq. Sunnis have pulled out of the new government due to this single incident.
Saleh al Mutlaq and Salim al Jabouri have pulled out. Salman al Jabouri has threatened retaliation against Shia terrorist militias if they are not disbanded and removed by the current prime minister
Seems like the situation is going to get ugly

Unfortunaty my friend, you are the one who fell for it, because you judged and issued a verdict for a news with an unreliable source and while there are too many conflicting reports about the perpetrators.
It's very highly unlikely that Shias have done this, because firstly, they are not much in to these kinds of attacks and secondly, it's IS that benefits the most from such attack, starting a fight between Shias and Sunnis and forgetting about the main cancer called IS. Shias would gain nothing by committing such massacre, not only that, it'll end up badly for them.
Never judge or conclude anything unless you see 'reliable' proof for it. You have no idea how many ways are there to manipulate and fake an incident to blame it on someone else.
