If you would have read my message carefully than you may not have need to post this. Please read again what I said. I asked to read article 26 (A) with article 25. You only read article 25? Article 26th clearly state that other than religious preaching their won't be any discrimination. I rest my case with any lawyer. As in one of my previous organization Ahmadi people were fired because they started preaching their religious views. Though company was generous for not registering any case against them.

Here is article 26

26. (1) In respect of access to places of public entertainment or resort, not intended for religious purposes only, there shall be no discrimination against any citizen on the ground only of race, religion, caste, sex, residence or place of birth.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN

What exactly in these articles forbids Non-Muslims from preaching in public? What exactly limits their preaching to their religious places?

No. That is not what it says at all. It clearly states that in places that are intended for entertainment and not exclusively intended for religious purposes there will be no discrimination on the grounds of race, religion, caste, sex, residence or place of birth. In other words, you can only discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, caste, sex, residence or place of birth if you are at a public place which is exclusively intended for religious purposes.

This is basic English, there is no confusion about it.

What ummah.. where is it???
Kashmir...ummah dead

Shall I go on.
If religion of islam isnt personal why are there Shia, Sunnis etc.

What prophet pbuh said and what muslims do is not the same. So please head out of the sand

You are idiot. Just because there is suffering barbarity earth quick wars destruction death will you say ... There is no Mercy blessings of Allah and Allahs mercy compassion blessings are dead and no more finished ... He used all of them and his coffers of mercy compassion blessings are empty?

Ummah is alive just bond between them is no more. Ummah exists even if the bond doesnt. Just because two brothers dont get on n conspire against each other doesnt mean their abba and amma are no more dead and they are not their kids.

Ummah was and is just the bond has gone. Secondly WROTE Islam is not personal its Ummah orientated. Are you saying Islam is Personal religion and not Quran Sunnah and Ummah. Prophet said if there is dispute in my Ummah stick to majority ... Not a person ... Not make islam personallly how u want it to be but follow najority. If ummah is dead Jammah is dead then why did Prophet instruct this?

You are idiot cause i wrote about Ummah being alive and kicking in terms of religion ... But u being dumb *** started talking about Ummah being dead because political instability. Do something about ur low IQ. Read books n do brain excercises. N study common sense.

This is f..ing shameful, bunch of DH's.
We need to bring required changes to our blasphemy laws, fast.

I hope she is OK.
Of course we do. This is a one off case in over 160 million

1/160e6 = 0.000000625%

Actually 232 million.
India is most plural secular tolerant Hindu majority country where every religion is free to practice, preach and even propagate their own religion.

Now, if you are going to turn this into a comparison match , then you are a full on comedian.

India is dump in comparison to Pakistan, In India, the minorities are persecuted to the extreme.

This incident here is a social incident, there is not any organised discrimination in Pakistan against any non-Muslim communities.
So, keep your lies and fantasies to yourself.

Clearly you are a true muslim. Abuse is all you have learnt and you expect us normal people to listen to you. Simply pathetic. But expected as you are a product of the school of repition not learning. Jahils are rampant with beards short trousers and licence to abuse. You have made it. Welldone.

Lady should realize she is in a third world muslim country and that too in the more “goat-like” variety of demographics.

Similar responses can be expected if you go to India or redneck areas of UsA.

We are a thirld world muslim country with "goat-like" variety of demographics ----- i agree. But, even a first world muslim country guy residing in a uniform demographic will only invoke the CREATOR and not the creation!!!

They need to be scrapped, period. If one's religion is vulnerable to mere words then that person truly is not a believer.

not justifying violence but christian missionaries are known for using mischief tactics in converting people to christianity, here is an example

Have you seen the way some of the Muslim missionaries act? You said you weren't justifying the violence and yet you gave an example which has nothing to do with Pakistan or its Christians.

Of course we do. This is a one off case in over 160 million

1/160e6 = 0.000000625%

Not entirely. It's time to stop with the denial and start accepting our idiocies so that we can fix them. Things have been moving towards the better but we need to do more.

Every society has blasphemy laws. Only the deities differ.

If I would make fun of Hindu gods or trinity you would give me a warning but on a societal level this should be tolerated. Especially in a religious society like Pakistan? Why?

We don’t have a proper justice system in the first place, fix that and we will fix this issue too.

And in regards to Christians I know how missionaries and their slaves act in our countries so every story with Christians involved in Pakistan should be taken with an extra grain of salt.

It‘s too convenient to hate on Muslims because Muslims bad, Christians good, Hindus good, pork good, alcohol good, prostitution good and blasphemy best. Now I know why the capital city of Pakistan is ISLAMaBAD!

talking about the redneck bible belt. the folks there believe that Hillary is actually an incarnation of Devil.

Pakistani state of society reminds me of the 16 17 century England where hermits, alchemists, lunatics, philosophers were lynched for being witches.
I have said it many times and I dare say it again. if this society excited at the time of early days of Islam then many companions of the Holy Prophet PBUH might have got lynched even before they had got the chance to embrace Islam.
for the benefit of people who are mentally disadvantaged to comprehend my statement I am in no way disrespecting Sahabah RA but criticizing the Pakistani society's mentality and lack of understanding of the faith which only sees its expression though violence and intimidation.

In principle, I agree with you, but once you ignore the reality on the ground, by that I mean the cultural sensitivities and requirements of a society, you ask for trouble, and you land yourself in more mess then you started with.

For instance, in Britain blasphemy laws still exist and are enforceable, but they only cover Christianity and Jewish religions, no ne else, as those were the predominant religions when the blasphemy law came into being. Muslims tried to use them during the Satanic verses episode, but they were not successful, because it did not cover Islam.
Those laws have become ineffectual because the society has changed over time, and, it is not longer a sensitive issue. Obviously once it was, otherwise, those law would not have been introduced.

In India, they forced secularism down people throats, but it was not, and is not suited to that society. That forced environment built support for the RSS and other Hindu organisations, and gave birth to the rise of BJP, because in essence Indian society is very conservative, with Hindu values.

So, if we fail to taken into account ground realities, there will be other problems. Having these laws is fine, that is not the issue, it is there implementation, that's the issue. Plus there are no legal ramifications for those who make false allegations, if people knew that they will be in trouble for making false allegations, things would improve.
Obviously a proper holistic approach that looks at the short comings of these laws is the best approach, not just the issues I mentioned. But to get rid of them would open a whole new can of worms. I think it is always better to move in balance, rather then take one side or the other.

It's quite obvious from audio in video that lady asked patients to convert to Christianism so as they may heal.
In Pakistan no non Muslims are allowed to do public preaching. They can do that only at their religious places. So blasphemy or no blasphemy she do committed crime as per law.
And how bad that women is as she targeted weak patients to spread her missionary agenda.
How come this became quite obvious fromt this video ? Which words of her made it quite obvious
