Lady should realize she is in a third world muslim country and that too in the more “goat-like” variety of demographics.

This just means we need to make broader efforts to teach some basic principles and manners to ppl...so at least we(as a society) can go on a course correction.

This mob mentality and taking the law into our own hands turning violent without any regard of finding out the truth...is simply unacceptable. Even if the lady did say offensive things...all matters related to this must proceed in a lawful manner.

TBH it is shameful...such display of "love" for the Prophet(PBUH) and Islam...is hypocrisy at best. At various levels of our society...pretty much everyone goes against the teachings of Islam in their day to day activities(jhoot, milawat, zakheera andozi, imanat mein khyanat, rishwat, zina, etc). If each and everyone of these ppl are as sincere towards and truly love the Prophet(PBUH) and Islam...then they first need to live their own lives by the guidelines taught by the Prophet(PBUH).

In Pakistan no non Muslims are allowed to do public preaching. They can do that only at their religious places. So blasphemy or no blasphemy she do committed crime as per law.
And how bad that women is as she targeted weak patients to spread her missionary agenda.

No matter what, i still don't believe she should've gotten beaten up for this, make her pay a hefty fine or something. She didn't even insult Islam or its core beliefs, so this is stupid. Besides we consider Hazrat Isa (A.S) as a prophet too.

Blasphemy laws should be revoked because our populace is not nearly as educated nor the "pious" muslims we like to think we are. They get their "Islam" from Jahil pirs and maulvis who're just looking to get a following. They won't hesitate to retort to Unislamic practices such as Black Magic the moment they see someone doing better than them, just out of pure jealousy and want to destroy another person's life. This is why, in a nation like Pakistan, such laws should not be implemented unless we atleast get to the being a basic muslim part. Everyone here will preach and get angry if someone said something which went against their ver. of Islam, but that's it, they aren't practicing Muslims themselves and indulge in corruption,usury and many other abuses

You know what all of this does? It gives people the bad impression of Islam. Whenever someone asks me of how Islamic Pakistanis are, The first thing i tell them is that Pakistanis are a stain on the name of Islam. Despite how "muslim" we want to portray ourselves, we're the furthest thing from portraying Islam. This is my way of trying to protect Islam's reputation.

Religion of Islam is not personal. The word Ummah is used for Muslim community to mean a common connection ... Ummah = ones from same mother = affairs problems suffering practices of one in family effect all family.
