KARACHI: A spokesman of Shaukat Aziz, former prime minister of Pakistan, has said that the news item appeared in some sections of print and electronic media about his (Aziz's) joining Mittal Steel or any other entity of the group as director is baseless and firmly denied. He said there is absolutely no truth to the story and has urged the media to verify the facts before releasing such misleading stories.

Shaukat aziz said in assembly that he had cleared 8 billion debt of the pervaiz group, and wanted the assembly to sign the document to make the same officially legal.

he was selling our steel factory for dimes.

He was behind the OGDC farce (where its price was brought down from 189 to 117 in one week). And nobody could buy or sell during that time because they had jammed the pcs by putting too many shares on buy and same for sell.

This caused financial hardship causing people to sell their land for oonay paunay. The real estate market since then has not been able to raise its head. Lot of people even comitted suicide due to the loss they faced in the real estate market.

The wheat that shaukat aziz sold for 400 dollars and later on repurchased for 700 dollars, did that wheat actually leave our pakistani soil??

We are very lucky that he left.

Absolutely. He was infact involved in financial and industrial espionage against our country. I heard the Habib group who was trying to purchase the steel mill was infact the front group of this Mr. Mitthal the Indian Billionare. That is the only reason that Mr. Shaukat has been granted appointment of the Mr. Mithal as an advisor. Being our prime minister he was not working for us but for that Indian guy "Mithal" through the Habib group....See how deep rooted espionage was going on against our industries/defence. Our steel mills is the only industry termed as backbone for all our industrial defence projects.....
