Mr. Garibnawaz's post, clearly put the lack of policy or resolve and high amount of distrust that pakistan have in taking action against terrorists who are working against india, in a nut shell. I don't understand why the auther is making such a hue and cry.

Atleast Quote the guy properly. The Pakistani press is clearly not doing itself any favors by producing such crap. He also said this:

The good and bad terrorist classification has roots with the supporting of so called freedom fighters in Kashmir which have been creating havoc all over India not just Kashmir killing civilians. .

The person that does is just criminal. There are clear cut distinction. That is why Mr.Tharoor's point becomes valid, as i as many other fellow indians belive that, many pakistanis have failed to understand or draw a distinction between good and evil based on a policy forumlated on concrete principles and not based on opportunism.

In your case all are classified as Hazrats and organizations like JuD are nothing more than a chartable one.

Quite ironicaly even China didn't use VETO when JuD was banned and declared as tererrist organization in UN.

name one country with the innocent army whose army was not involved in breaking the law. Law is broken in every country and the culprits are punished. Same is the case in india. the culprits are punished and there is no classification if the person is an army personel or not.

This does not lie in the category of terrorism and neither the Indian army is grouped in terrorists by the international community but of course there are many groups which are present in pakistan and have nourished under the shadow of GOP and other instutions are considered as terrorist organizations. Do I need to provide links for the same.
