The truth is if the British had not arrived there would have been no India. That is a fact. As much as if British had not arrived in Australia there would have been no Australia.

At least use a plausible analogy. Australia exists because the Anglo-Saxons are present in Australia in large numbers. That's not the case with India.

Modern nation states emerged from colonization. Without British there would have been no India or Pakistan. Most likely the princely states would have becomes independent nation states like Europe.
