many nations accept that rape can happen in a marital bed. I am not certain about pakistan. the proving of such rape lies with the wife. usually it is a beating to force the wife into sex which is important. but mainly it is taken into account when the parties are living apart and the wife then complains she was raped. a husband who left his wife for another woman and then goes back and forces himself on her after and argument? would you not think that should be rape? put it in an example that the woman is your sister or cousin. do you still think it shouldnt be rape?

nobody is forcing woman to marry a man, and esp in the west which have most of the time pre marital relationships, if there is a marriage this approves the woman's consent to live with the husband, if she thinks that her to be husband cant treat her accordingly then, why marriage in the first place, also by sueing for "rape" after marriage, i dont see anything but to get unfair advantage to get some money out of his husbands hands, and she knows, one in bad books of law, if she divorces him, she will certainly get 50% of his property share...

There is a law against it in western countries as some American member pointed it out. There is no harm in considering it a crime. Abuse is an abuse. You can't justify it.
