Hi,
No doubt, we all knows the history of freedom struggle of United India. But after independence of India , two another countries came into form on the land of India. Pakistan and Bangladesh.
But our forefathers fought together against cruel British empire for the freedom of United India.
Those who got "Shahid" on the path of freedom never knew that after independence , United India was gonna break into three.
Bhagat Singh , Sukhdev and Rajguru were one of them those who fought for freedom of United India and died.
No doubt , These freedom heroes has huge respect in India.
But I want to ask Pakistanis and Bangladeshis members here on PDF , how you guys remember these three heroes in your modern day countries???

I have a respect for them for fighting the British for independence but their stand on a united India was wrong. It was clear from the day fanatics like Tilak and Ghose were gaining influence and Gandhi was killed by an RSS man. Jinnah was a staunch nationalist and believer in Hindu Muslim unity which is claimed by numerous Hindus or Parsis themselves. If he decided to have independent Pakistan then all options were clearly exhausted. We respect Jinnah more than any figure at that time. Regardless of how we view him in our own separate ways...

same as what kashmiris and Pakistanis think of burhan wani.
They stoof for their people against the rulers. That make him hero for his supporters of that time and traitor for the majority who were against them.
Now adays they are hero for all indian hindus(no discrimination meant) due to religious differences that arosed later between muslims and hindus. Otherwise in mughal era both communities lived in total harmony and they were viewed by majority as triators. My personal opinion. I know many will differ but my appologoes to them for hurting their sentiments.

.
dont know about others but i have huge respect for them, they were the freedom fighters against colonial power for whole of subcontinent and same goes to Burhan Wani shaheed as he sacrificed against a tyrant.

Bhagat Singh had always been celebrated in Punjab Pakistan. We had been having different functions both literary and other to remember him and praise him. That is how he had been remembered in Pakistan long before India.

Now in my personal opinion if he was a freedom fighter so are Kashmiris if Kashmiris are terrorists then so was he.

Mate , you and other pakistanis posters unnecessarily involving Kashmir issue with freedom struggle of united India.
Burhan was fighting against a Democratically elected govt. Kashmir is not a foreign land for India, this is a land of ancient Hindu civilization. The king of Kashmir had a legal agreement with Republic of India .
Other other hand , freedom struggle of united India was against foreign occupiers and against a cruel dictatorship.
