Crimea bridge was not reached by Ukraine ballistic missile, but it was reached by Ukraine.

The destruction of Ukrainian power infrastructure was planned weeks before Kerch. It's literally from the NATO playbook, have you forgotten Yugoslavia 1999 or Iraq 91/03? The only problem is that Russia chose to do this now rather than 8 months ago.
