It's certainly an optical illusion. Unequal wings will destabilize the aircraft and it won't be able to fly properly.

These two prototypes seem different the one on the left has retractable gears but the one on the right doesn't have it.

And it is quite bigger than Hermes 450, so it can't be a copy of it.
