As I see
1) Changing in 90 days was possible if he had the majority to pass bills or legislation in parliament and with the currents system it is highly unlikely he can change anything in 90 days. His intention to change Pakistan for the good cannot be doubted therefore he is bringing in technocrats.
2)Looters have illegit fathers like UK , USA etc who are harboring all the money launderers and getting the money back from them specially $200 billion dollar will eventually take time.
3)He did not lie nor did he had the intention to.
