There are many benefits if we get IOC kashmir. For example we will get control of main rivers. This will help us to reduce shortage of water. We should continue giving them false hope so that they continue struggle for us .

a big if. and i am sure you know a way how to get IOK. and you spoke the truth by mentioning the rivers that flow inside pak from kashmir. it is all about water rather then kashmiris. using the name of islam and kashmiris is just a umbrella under which we are trying to protect our interests.

Historically, unless its a sparsely populated desert; losing the support of the local population regardless of how many occupational forces one has never works out in the long run.
That is 2000 years of human history with the last 100 years as the closest testament

I don’t understand why the two countries just negotiate the Kashmir Valley to have maximum autonomy and leave the rest of the territory and declare them as international border. It is a waste of life and struggle, neither side is going to budge for another 100 years.

honestly speaking both the countries are doing politics in the name of kashmir. they both use kashmir as a way to get more votes in the election. in pak there is a kashmir committee and the chairman for the past many decades have been one of the most corrupt person in pak. the governments gave him the appointment for getting support of his followers and he gets rich. the militaries of both the countries need to keep kashmir hot so as to get an excuse for getting huge funds from the government. this is more important for indian military rather then pak. because pak military is engaged in WOT for the past around 20 years and the are playing the most important role in the internal stability of the country.
UN is nothing but useless nations organizations. they cant put any pressure on india despite her human rights violations in kashmir as uncle sam needs india right now against china and pakistan . UN also cant do anything against israel as well.
