Dont think martial law will be imposed. May be its the military establishment that wanted IK out because he was too anti american in their opinion. If you think from their perspective Shahbaz sharif is an ideal candidate - he is corrupt, not confrontational and is pro US.
No body knows what will happen exactly.

One thing is for sure, If ppp, pml-n and jui come to power, they will create problems for the military. Anti military groups within these parties will create problems for them. Its their problem now.

Imran Khan has been too timid in dealing with the mafia cartel in Pakistan. He should have taken a leaf from Erdogan and purged the political mafia, corrupt judiciary and introduced a new norm in the political bloodstream of Pakistan.

He watched while his enemies conspired. Worse, he didn’t deal with internal mafia within his own party decisively.
