it is not the woman who has to produce the 4 witness and it is for "commuting the unlawful act" a woman never comits a rape on herself nor is she guilt of her own rape...She
can commit adultery or fornication but not rape! So this is for those who acuse a woman ....THEY are asked to bring forward 4 witness who have seen the act....
And it further says this:
And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations)- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;- (Quran 24:13)
According to Shariah...if they bring 4 - these 4 have to be pious.....and if they do come forward they will be whipped...Why? for not stopping and watching a crime! Now which of your laws does this? tell me which Mullah does this?!
As for rape
1) this word isnt in the Quran:

2) if a woman is raped then it is not her sin as she is totally not willing it
3) A raped woman is a
victim that must be treated with honor and kindness. She is not required to produce four witnesses to prove the crime done against her, nor is she punished for the crime done against her.
4) A woman who has been raped cannot be asked to produce witnesses;
her claim shall be accepted
And the only thing she has to prove is someone forced her....meaning either bruises, even when you push someone down, some form of marks are left ....in modern science we have DNA (again since "scholars now adays" are unpar jahil they have not updated this bit)
If
anyone refutes her claim of innocence, the onus is on him to provide evidence (where he was, give his DNA, fingerprints and so on), and she may simply deny the claim by making a solemn oath
An Nur 6-9
And those who accuse their spouse [of adultery] and have no witnesses except themselves - then the witness of one of them [shall be] four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the truthful.
And the fifth [oath will be] that the curse of Allah be upon him if he should be among the liars.
But it will prevent punishment from her if she gives four testimonies [swearing] by Allah that indeed, he is of the liars.
And the fifth [oath will be] that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he was of the truthful.
