Some kind taste like grass, some kind taste a little sweet. I like the later ones. lol
Chinese may eat way too much veggies.:(

Yes. Now they reduce the beef from 4 pieces to 3 pieces, damn!!!

I don't like their beef, worse than average beef in our noodle restaurants.
But their environment is good.

True, I eat spicy beef rice noodle much more than Wuhan hot dry noodle.

Indians eat mostly veggies, Pakistani on the the other hand are meat eaters yet both have same kind of health issues...makes me think it must be the spices.
No no no ,trust spices and your own cuisine.
Chinese in Sichuan Province and some other provinces eat tons of spicy food everyday (search Chinese hot pot from Sichuan/Chongqing), you know what, they are never fat.

If someone wants to venture into Chinese or in particular sichuan/chongqing food, try the infamous 'mala' flavor. Numbing (sichuan peppercorn) and spicy (dry red chilli pepper). divine stuff
Their food has already occupied every street of China with less spicier localised version.
The only food u can find everywhere along China's 5000 metre high Tibet-Xinjiang highway is Sichuan food.
