R.I.P ? What is the problem there ? Don't those areas get to vote and elect a provincial government to tackle their own mess ? Why is that region so restive ?

Let the locals elect some one from their own ? Let the elections happen transparently ? At least it would remove the internal factor of disturbance ?

I know it is far more difficult that how I am making it sound but a concerted effort is necessary.
