Military is in borders. Inside valley it is mostly police and CRPF manning. Only during operation RR is called.

One can learn from anyone. Things that India may not do and is reluctant to do , can be done if the precedent is done, say by Pakistan and China.

You have all kinds of security forces in kashmir

1 Indian army
2 crpf
3 cisf
4 bsf
5 garud commandos
6 para commandos
7 kashmir police

These are all involved in Kashmir

As compared to that for past ten years Pakistan has tried to handle Balochistan with just poorly equipped FC Balochistan and little bit of army even though Balochistan is far bigger than kashmir Valley

So there is no comparison

Just the Twitter handles, the BLA has also confirmed his loss, it's a major loss for them. He was killed in the attack.
