So here is the deal:

India sees itself as a heavy weight country, a future super power. Someone who sees herself in league with China and USA. They say their real foe is China and even all the military and stratey planers in India are unanimous on this.

A country who wants to provide leadership to Asia and even to the world (so they say).

An economy which will be the biggest in the history (so they say).

Pakistan on the other hand is a non-entity (so they say).

And yet... if you look at their govt, their media, their general public every one from a donkey cart puller to their PM is OBSESSED with Pakistan.

In EVERY thing all the comparisons they make, it is with Pakistan.
In EVERY single diplomatic meeting that they have, they want their counterpart to say something against Pakistan to get a favorable chance to get a deal
In EVERY sport, they want to somehow "isolate" Pakistan
If Pakistan has negotiations with some other country, all Indians go overboard to stop those. Even if they are harmless things.

How can you justify this?

I have not seen any country in the world which is obsessed with the other to this extent, even Israel-Iran are far better than that.

Now I want to ask a serious question to Indians:

Don't you people think that you are wasting all your energies on a country whom you consider "non-entity"?

Energies, which you could have otherwise spent on positive things such eradicating poverty in your country?

What is stopping you to grow up and learn something from your "greatest foe" China? Why are you so obsessed with us?

You aim for the sky and yet you dive in 50 ft deep and wide pound (so to say)

Lets try to learn the reasons from you....

Might sound naive, but I will say, if both countries give each other a decade's time, where both do not interfere in each other's matters so much so that they forget that they even exist, things might improve drastically!

India will have to be "civil" in Kashmir though. Just keep it quiet and no more killings, let things settle down...

But the core question: Can Indians lessen this obsession with Pakistan for few years?

HAHAHAHAHAH. from who you are asking this? Indians and Pakistanis? You mean "forget even the existence"?
I honestly don't want that. I want ******** to keep giving such insane statements so we Pakistani can entertain ourselves with so many memes and jokes.

*On serious note*

It's India always to start an issue which gets global attention and give other countries chance to laugh on Indian diplomacy and irrationality.
I don't know why they don't want to think about competing with the world? Only want to compete with Pakistan.

And I even ask Pakistan government to rather paying too much attention to this joker, keep moving forward with taking baby steps to fix the problems and giving the standard life to an average citizens.

Exactly the point, they want to compete with the world. And all they end up is competing with Pakistan. That shows, for them World = Pakistan.

I'll be very honest, I personally don't pay much attention to what India is doing or not doing, since we ourselves have lot of issues. But it is becomming increasingly annoying to see India continously behaving like "Dehati Aurat".

Yes they are making laughing stock out of themselves, but they are wasting our time and energies by dragging us into this non-sense.

India is a "future" superpower. The operative word is future. India will be a part of the big three sometime between 2030-2050. the difference between #3 and #4 powers on this planet will be huge.

Beyond that there is nothing to say

IMO, Anti-Pakistanism is a uniting force for India. India is a multi-ethnic country, the South Indians don't like the people from the North and vice-versa. They have been using Pakistan as a scapegoat for any issues that come up and this has been happening for years. So its bound to take over the mindset of the general public.

It was the same case in Pakistan till about a decade ago, when TTP happened.

haha .. when ever i hear the word superpower.

Sorry but I don't get it!

Some Indians see themselves in the league you refer to, and those Indians are delusional.

A country who wants to provide leadership to Asia and even to the world (so they say).
A country that can barely provide leadership to it's own constituents can never take up that role.

An economy which will be the biggest in the history (so they say).
India is a poor country with a few rich people and a small middleclass by %.

Pakistan on the other hand is a non-entity (so they say).
Pakistan on the other hand is country which has been slapping India left and right, punching above it's weight and India cannot do anything about it. That remains the reality.

And yet... if you look at their govt, their media, their general public every one from a donkey cart puller to their PM is OBSESSED with Pakistan.
Because of our culture of spinelessness, and frustrations that come along with it.

In EVERY thing all the comparisons they make, it is with Pakistan.

Comparison with Pakistan - a country 7 times smaller reeling with WoT and it's effects on it's economy - Shows how comfortable we are with mediocrity, it's ingrained in our narative.
Diplomatic exchanges about Pakistan - Frustrations because of our inability to do anything concrete
Isolate Pakistan: another fantasy of ours emanating from the thought that someone in the world gives a crap about us.

How can you justify this?

No one can.

Why does this website have so many Indians??

It's really annoying to run in to an Indian when you want to talk to your own people.
