Serbia-Kosovo conflict

That's because Tito let them in and then granted them autonomy.
Oh that is how Albanians came to Kosovo 🤡
That term "ethnic cleansing" and "genocide",you keep throwing it around all the time. But of course your western European and American friends started all this in their newspapers and speeches.
Nope it only follows internationally agreed upon definitions as codified in law.
Why don't you tell the people that Albanians started this by attacking Serb police and Army and even civilians? Why don't you tell them everything about Adem Jashari for example? And other drunkard gangsters and clan leaders?
No 🤦🏻‍♂️ The documentary was about Kosovo AFTER INDEPENDENCE.
Yes Serbs are completely innocent angels 🤡
Example of stability compared to today's Kosovo, not the whole world, read what I'm writing.

Stability is a fluid term in the Balkans. Kosovo has been through a lot, it is poor (prob still better off than most places further east and outside of Europe.)

I think the Balkans and Stability cannot be in the same sentence.

Cavusoglu eager to jump and play negotiator again...The Sublime Porte wants its vilayet back
We recognize Kosovo as an independent state, as we recognize Serbia, Bosnia, or Greece. It is not in the interest of any Balkan country, including Turkiye, that Kosovo nor Serbia enter a war now. Kosovo does not have a military capacity anyway, and in this context, TSK(TAF) is one of the active elements of KFOR. So instead of reading the explanation in this context, making an imaginary claim is just the well-known technique for your unique obsessive style. It's really pathetic that you're marketing this as a bad thing. As if resolving the grain crisis in Ukraine was a bad thing... Of course, Turkiye will offer mediation in such crises in its region.

In Kosovo, there is an important segment that turns its face towards Turkiye. We have family roots and relatives. (My family roots also extend to today's Albania and Kosovo) There are Balkan Muslims who we believe share a common history. I recommend you to research how the Turkish army entered Kosovo in 1999 and how the people reacted.

Regarding the current crisis; After all the explanations are clear, it is understood that this is the continuation of the plate crisis, just like last year. Serbia does not allow vehicles with Kosovo license plates to pass. When Kosovo tries to implement reciprocity, Serbs block roads and harassment fires occur at the border. This problem can be overcome if both parties leave this problem behind.

Did the situation calm down?

serbs never really lived in large numbers on lands known as kosovo. In 1991, albanians numbered 1.9 million and serbs 100,000 basically 19 Albanians to 1 Serb. Who got kicked out? Sorry but the Serbian army started ethnically cleansing albanians in 1999, and given the lessons learned in the Bosnian war, the international community with the US at its helm knew the belgrade/milosevic playbook and immediately intervened to stop another genocide. Serbs, however, primarily inhabited the northern regions of Kosovo (2-3 towns), and they are still there ,today, causing problems lol.

It is a mountainous region, Albanians would resort to guerrilla warfare. Also, Republic of Albania is in NATO and could/would intervene if Albanians in Kosovo were being killed en masse.

Exactly, Belgrade didn’t give them money and purposely kept them poor, mistreatment, employment discrimination, suppression all was common during the YU era against Kosovo Albanians. The one thing that forced the Albanians to fight back was the final move by Belgrade and that was actually killing them after the aforementioned mistreatment tactics did not force the albanians to leave.

Oh god from conspiracy theories to Pyongayang as an example of stability.

Yes Yugoslavia under TITO was great, after his death the Serb minority in YU got ambitious.
With all due respect, if only comparing cities, foinikas is not wrong, Pristina is indeed inferior to Pyongyang. Especially in public security, health and other aspects.
I have been to both cities.

What a stupid reply and reeks of jealousy lolz. How is negotiating taking back vilayet? U r still sour about history lolz. Turkey plays a vital role in the region and can change situation on the ground, unlike useless greece who can only talk.

.
In short terms serbs are pulling albanian leg and see how far they can go then when albanians try to establish some rule of law in their own country, serbs then start to yell how serbs are in danger and under imminent threat to be thrown to the lions in zoo.
this time serbian criminals from northern enclaves were saved by usa intervention.

And what if Albanians are actually provoking? Maybe not organised, but some gangs. Firing at Serbian outposts is a habit for them. Occasionally throwing grenades etc.

The idiotic narration of "serbian criminals" has to stop.

Balkan politics is a glass that is not full of water.
Serbs see it half full, Albanians see it half empty.
Turks see it half full, the Greeks see it half empty.
Croats see it half full, Serbs see it half empty.

.......and this continues because the Balkans were and is a place of diverging views, national cleansings, violent Islamizations, frontiers of empires and above all a field of degraded civilization.

EU has played a large role in state-building and conflict-prevention measures, but it suffers from a credibility problem for not having intervened effectively in curbing ethnic violence when it first broke out in the Former Yugoslavia in the 1990s.
Thus, the US-led NATO forces seem to hold the most sway in terms of curbing violent outbreaks and fostering political change.
As happened yesterday, where with US intervention, the Albanians of Kosovo retreated.

So the peace conditions in Kosovo, Bosnia, North Macedonia, three multinational states, are fragile and at any moment it can develop into a military conflict.

Unfortunately, there are involvements of third countries, which in various ways (eg religious funding) keep this enmity on the surface. If it wasn't the US, we would have seen much worse in the Balkans, since revisionism and religious fundamentalism are strong, some invest in them because they seek BORDER CHANGES.

The Americans don't want to see Albanian irridentism destabilizing the region right now. They don't want to see Albania trying to annex Kosovo, they don't want Albanians in FYROM to start trouble again, they just want things to be calm, now that both Albania and FYROM are getting in NATO. It's important for them, that there's no provocation anywhere in the Balkans. Especially since they move all that equipment from Alexandroupoli to Bulgaria and Romania and from there to Ukraine, apart from the Polish and Slovakian borders of course.

How and why would kosovo, a nation whose military numbers fewer than 5000 troops, 0 tanks, 0 jets and 0 attack helis, would want to declare a war against Serbia?

On top of that, why is Serbia wanting to go to war with Kosovo? Especially considering how they are the least liked nation in the region, and would also be absolutely decimated by NATO should a war happen. I mean come on, NATO already has been seen as a laughing stock with their late support to Ukraine, they would want to make themselves out as the stronger power. How you do that? Attack someone weaker than you to look strong.

This is ultimately stupid

Nobody wants to go to war,it's just a stupid dispute about license plates etc. Albanians wanted to force Serbs to have Kosovar plates and IDs,they didn't want to,the government of Kosovo wanted to do it now, they protested by blocking some roads, the Albanians sent some police and army there and made a fuss by having the bomb raid sirens on as if there's war,Vucic made some announcements, some Serb politicians got angry at the whole thing,Americans intervened in the end and the Albanians backed off.
