Seraikistan - A New Seraiki province out of Punjab?

I think the provincial administration has to be made stronger. South Punjab province is demand of saraiki speakers .. so it has to be composed of Saraiki speakers.. if it includes Punjabi areas it will start another problem.. and possibly end of PTI in punjab. All over the world provinces have been made on linguistic basis. UP in india has same number of people as entire pakistan. Kabul province is as big as peshawar district (so how about doing away with provinces altogether and make districts into provinces??!) California in USA is half the size of Pakistan.. I think this whole thing is politically motivated.
