Actually cobra has a reputation which is untrue. Just for your info incase you are interested.

Inland Taipan snake
This snake lives in the dry and arid regions of Australia. This is mainly central Australia. It is rather shy snake that avoids interactions with humans. The effect of its poison is respiratory paralysis causing suffocation in less than 45 minutes. It is often called the fierce snake due to its speed.

The second most poisonous snake or venomous snake in the world is the:

Eastern brown snake
The Eastern Brown snake or usually just the brown snake is native of Eastern Australia. As this is a well populated area of Australia numerous fatalities from Brown Snake bites have been reported. They can reach a length of 5 foot and their coloration varies quite a deal.

.
Inland Taipan is indeed the most venomous yet hardly ever causes any human casualties owing to its reclusive nature; and distribution in thinly populated areas. Russell's viper causes more human deaths than any other snake, due to its irritable nature and vast geographic range.

Lions and tigers were wiped out long ago in Pakistan. We do have Snow Leopard in Himalayas, Karakoram and Hindukush; and the Common Leopard, whose range extends from the forested parts of Himalayas to the mountainous areas of Balochistan and Sind Kohistan.

There might also be a few Asiatic Cheetahs in Balochistan, though they've been hunted largely to extinction in those parts.

Actually the venom of the snake is used as a substance to make people high and also used for research ..1 ltr of snake poison costs about 1 crore rupees in International market (its an estimate as said by my friend) and its an illegal business here in India :)

Watch your step!

Thanks.:usflag:

Reminded me of them crappy rattle snakes in Texas, never saw one in person. But at night when I used to take a walk outside the appt there you could hear them at a distance in the trees and bushes close by.
