Self Improvement thread

Haha follow it to a t and then let me know. I will be honest with you it did work for me but I did feel like shit. I only remembered this because my little bro is trying to go into the military and they literally handed him a paper with this diet on it telling him he needs to lose 10 pounds.

I lost 17 kg in 2 months flat

No breakfast,just a cup of coffee

Lunch---4 chapattis,1 katori dal/rajma/cholle/no chicken or non veg,
1 katori dahi
Evening-----15 km cycling at average speed of >25 km/hour

Dinner--------a bowl of boiled lentils/dal with 2 bread slyces

Notes

0 snacks
0 fried stuff
0 non veg

Read 'how to do what you want to do' by Dr.Paul Hauck. Live it to your maximum (the principles f this book) and you won't need a self improvement book in your life.
Is it possible to briefly summarise the most important points in this book? Like one paragraph?

Any diet that include alcohol intake only? roti boti ta saare khaande ne (flat breads and non veg everyone eat de ne) !!!

Without exercise all plans fail,u will start losing lot of muscle

I doubt he has muscle anyway. :sarcastic: Like I said though that diet is like if you need to lose weight quickly for whatever reason that is why I said it is unhealthy.
