Sehwan Blast: India Financing Trouble in Pakistan

The Sufis are not a minority group: almost all attacks in Pakistan are not targeting minorities.

There are groups that the Pakistani state has not taken action against: they are mostly in Punjab. There seems to be a tacit understanding that these groups will not attack Pakistan.

There are many other small groups across the country that have spawned from the big militancy group (TTP) disintegrating, and these are not under the control of the state. These "anti-state" groups are being financed by India, and hostile agencies of other countries.
But you can't deny sectarian violence in Pakistan. Sunni Extremist groups often targeted these groups like Sufis or Hazaras. From where India came into these pictures??

For last 2 years I've seen for any TTP action, Pakistanis readily believe India is behind these, where India always advocated to take action against all of such groups,in fact both USA,NATO,Afghanistan and India always asked same. But Pakistan's selective action never let us eradicate the overwhelming security situation we've faced.TTP is the offshoot of Afghan Taliban for whom Pakistan is advocating so long.So don't blame us if proxy goes wrong.

We believe there are many sleeper cells of more "obscure" organizations that are activated by Indian funds. For example, Jamaat ul Ahrar and Ahrar ul Hind are relatively new names, as are other names of unknown organizations.

See above. Only the funding aspects to activate hidden sleeper cells at times of choosing.

It is extremely simplistic and incorrect to say that the TTP are on off shoot of the Afghan Taliban, when the two groups have very different histories, and the way they were born. That is why the Afghan Taliban had diplomatic relations with many international powers, but the TTP doesn't. I can expand on that in more detail.

The inaction of the Pakistani state sure has resulted in the situation getting worse, especially not taking action against groups who served a purpose in Kashmir.
