Seeking a fair deal for Muslims

Typical blame-the-victim dismissal from many Indians on this forum!

The Indian response on this forum alone speaks volumes about the real bigotry latent in Indian culture.

None of the countries in the subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) can point fingers at others. We all have our work cut out for us.

I agree with you on this part, but the problem is there is a section of anti-India Pakistani public who perceive that they have to save Indian muslims because of their "pathetic" conditions. This is then used to recruit militants on the false premise of ghazwa-e-hind or some Shah Walliulah's prophecies that they are destined to fight "oppression".

This section has to be convinced that this is not the case and that they should concentrate on developing their own economy/status. While Indian muslims can take their upliftment on their own and improve their lot without any "help" from across the border.

Free education and other govt. aid will not be effective untill the mindset will not changed. The main culprit in uplifting the poor is our increasing population. The main root cause for all evil is poverty and poverty can not be controlled without controlling population.........

I agree with you on population but I was trying to suggest a specific solution for Muslims.
