Pakistan has been a nuke power since the mid 80s, undeclared and now declared. There has been not a single instance of its nukes falling in the wrong hands. With the assistance of the US 100m $ was spent to set up a command and control system which is completely airtight. Pakistan takes the security of its nukes very seriously. no errors are entertained.
