Maybe it easy for you to move on ..because it is business as usual out there, but we like to remind our selves, so that such a tragedy should not be befall us again..and how can we get over it yet..when none of the conspirators have been punished yet.

Ohh he has already been given his death sentence ..it is just a matter of time ..while its conspirators roam scot-free in Pakistan and those who have been caught are still not sentenced.

Any evidence collected by Indian agencies is not acceptable in Pakistani court of law.

Evidence collected by your own FIA lead to indictment of 7 of Pakistani terrorists..from which boss of LeT was set free.

Rest of the evidence lies in American court of law..where an Pakistani- American accepted that he was recruited by your intelligence agency to
plan the whole attack and where there is currently case against your premier intelligence agency.

Govt. simply acknowledged that some of the perpetrators may have hailed from Pakistan. Govt. did NOT acknowledge that PAKISTAN (i.e. the state and/or state institutions) had anything even remotely to do with the attacks on 26/11.

There are thousands of threads on this subject. Do more research here before posting things that have been discussed day in and day out -- ages ago.

If I'm not mistaken, over 100 alleged suspects were arrested, though i believe some were released due to lack of evidence. If there is little or no evidence, suspects cannot legally be held just because the indians said to do so. As our courts have the jurisdiction to arrest suspects (based on leads) then it is purely an internal matter at that point and the troubled neighbour country would have no locus standi over the proceedings or the judgements

as for LeT, it is a nonexistant group which was banned under the previous government.

as far as I know, he was on the payroll of the CIA. Maybe you should discuss with them first if you havent already. A good portion of the planning of the attacks were also taking place in Italy and Dubai. Professional thing to do would be to gather up all the facts in a cool-headed manner --regardless of geography; instead of being selective and emotional in your approach.

regardless of one's opinion of the incumbent govt. in Pakistan, they did do their fair share and their approach to Mumbai was reasonably adequate for the most part. Unfortunately a lot of the lapses in cooperation can be attributed to your side, not ours.

Actually, when Interpol Chief (Mr. Noble) was in Islamabad for a briefing, he himself not only appreciated Pakistani cooperation on the matter, but also noted that hindustan failed to provide sufficient evidence of who was responsible for the mumbai drama. Pakistan offered joint-investigation, commissions and the whole works however it was indian who failed even to this day to respond

so that's that. So be it. We'll respect whatever course of action your courts take, maybe y'all ought to mature at some point and learn to return the favour. If indian diplomacy and attempted psy-ops against Pakistan not to mention military posturing failed to attain results of any kind, then I believe getting emotional and resorting to chest-thumping (especially over the net) wouldnt solve your issues or win you any answers into the investigation either--which we've actually been hearing less and less about lately.

If you'll bring Kashmir and other irrelevant things into the discussion (a failed strategy) then perhaps I should also request for a similar "secrets of the dead" sequel to be made to co-memorate the victims of the 1984 Bluestar, Gujrat, Orissa, Malegaon, Samjhota Express and other such local disasters which claimed many many lives as well.

Same way you got over 1984 Sikh, Bombay 1992, Gujrat 2002. Not a single person was ever tried much less convicted. You have proved that its very easy to get over. Those were thousands of deaths. This one should be easy as Sunday morning.
