Yes, the obvious reason, Pak-Afghan border. You dont have any such border so RD was not in India. it is Pakistan's strategic location which is important for few countries and pain in a$$ for few.

I think the best decision GoI took this time to 'de-link' terror strikes with the diologue process . If the very aim of these groups is to bring India to the negotiation table, it is there without the strikes and this decision itself shows delhi wants peace. Now if Pakistan authorities cut the head off the rouge elements within their security establishments, peace will prevail, else the talks will be focused on terrorism, not the solutions of the problems.

De-link terror strikes with the dialogue process!....I think not. Photo opportunity Indo Pak talks are not important than an Indian citizen’s life.
We in fact should link terrorism strongly with the dialogue process. Any forward movement on any issue must be commensurate with Pakistan’s action on Jehadi elements that target India

What a looser this chudhambaram is, this statement was said in one US channal about Pakistan, i watched it where one host said that "you won't find any single country in the world who's position is like Pakistan, Pakistan faces the most troubled & hostile neighbourhood as it's two huge borders are hostile one's & internal chaos multiply problems of Pakistan" He mean to say that none of the country in whole world faces next door threats like Pakistan is facing from Afghanistan & India.
