Hasina has nothing to do about it. Its related to a company owned by an AL MP. He has many companies. Influential people open many media this way. Most of the time they dont have any idea what going on there. If Dhaka Tribune published it, it doesnt mean he said it, or AL, or the Gov. Its the journalist who published his opinion. AL is formed by secular liberal people, they give their own opinion criticise one another, its how they work. It doesnt mean if someone distantly related to it said something is the gov stand. And AL related people has many such print, online, tv media, DT isnt the only one or important, most try to act neutral and do their own business. They are not related to gov, can you understand this?

Gov has fully responsible for this new.. why..? we summoned BDshi ambassador and objected about this article.. and requested to ur PM to remove from internet.. As far as i know , ur PM didnt do any action about this , even didnt response our request..u can see it till now in DT's site.. it means she accept this article. ?

Apart from gov, AL is an independent entity. Also the men behind are also independent. The AL MP is independent businessman. Gov has some basic control only. Also the editors journalists are independent themselves who follows the editorial guidelines. The owner cant force or control. Maybe some basic instruction, dont be too much critical on gov and be neutral. DT isnt AL mouthpiece but seems to be neutral. State run online news is Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha.

Dont know anything about MM gov summoning BD ambassador. Hearing this today. Maybe they didnt approach appropriate way.

BNP has few outlets. But in Bangla. Dont know about any English. All their media are third rate. Amardesh, Sheikhnews etc.

what can make and export by bangladesh rather than Pherma..? Bangladeshi are trying to sell us some cheap tablets.. we banned.. that's why the trade gap between BD and Myanmar is high..

Statistics show that in fiscal year 2012-13, Bangladesh exported good worth $13.67 million to Myanmar and imported goods of $484 million from there.

from 2014, we banned.. and the trade is dropped.. but our export is always high at least 2 time than BD...
