Sea control against Pakistan

. .
Would you care to make a point ..which information in my post is incorrect?

MTCR member can't share missile tech which have range above 300 km, even non member countries follow that, remember Brahmos having 300 km range due to that?

US have violated that to accommodate UK their closest ally by using their super power status due to which no one can question them or stop them.

NO,
MTCR signatories can not share these technologies with non MTCR signatories ..but with in MTCR club countries can share tech..that is how Britain managed to get Tomohawk and trident ballistic missiles from US..because both are MTCR members.

Nope you are wrong because if that was the case Pakistan and India would have signed it.

You should read a little more about MTCR.

These countries are not handing out invitations for other nations to join them.

You need to be unanimously approved by the existing member nations to join..just like in UNSC or even NSG.

Pakistan would have joined MTCR in a minute, had they been invited.

Infact Barack Obama announced that Americans would support Indian bid to join MTCR...just like how they supported India in getting waiver from NSG.

During a state visit to India in November 2010, U.S. president Barack Obama announced U.S. support for India's bid for permanent membership to UN Security Council as well as India's entry to Nuclear Suppliers Group, Wassenaar Arrangement, Australia Group, and Missile Technology Control Regime.

I think you are spot on.... Most technologies around the world are developed in similar pattern. But with all honesty, for developing countries, the industrial base lacks way behind than the requirements of their respective armed forces. Like countries which can barely process nylon, want carbotanium alloys in their aircrafts, and countries which can barely make a decent commercial truck want a batmobile for their police. The industrial base along nt with discipline/professionalism for strategic industrial development doesn't exist and thus enthusiasts like us are always let down.

Most of the times, the need of the hour in crunch times is direct procurement and thus the cycle of despair continues....

well our navy also needs some good fighters, these old Mirages just wont do, we need to increase its Budget so they can buy some Js from China, and maybe even raise a Jf 17 squadron

. . . .
Pakistan also fields sub launched Harpoons and all of our subs have AIP modules. The new deal for 6-8 subs also includes AIP.

new deal for SUBS?? which new deal? we were planning to procure the German U boats first then the Chinese and it has been 7 years and we haven't placed any orders till date.

No matter which ever curtain of reason we find to escape behind the ego (ghairat) of some of our so
called people with experience or generals, (jarnails) or strategist's , the fact of the matter is that
we don't have a Navy that can do justice to a nuclear power country. & people that are to be blamed for this, are those very experienced general's who spent all their life defending Pakistan by encouraging & engaging in a culture of (sir' jee's or janaab's) a cycling of an never ending culture of sycophancy , but still they couldn't come up with an adequate plan to build up a strong naval power , that can not only protect & defend our coastlines , but also secure our supply route & here lies the problem , because we have given weight to devotion but at the same time have neglected strategies. therefore we have to understand this, that just because a person gives a large part of his life to the force , doesn't necessarily qualifies him/her as the pillar to rely upon & thus we have to understand the difference between devotion & experience to put it simply "experience with intelligent competency" or result oriented experience , lets be honest this is not the era of "jazba a imani" but it is for sure the age of ship building capacities R&D's, technology, adequate gears, bullet proof vests ,modernized guns, ships, fighter jets & SAM'S & ABM's in short Network centric warfare's , & that's where we have cheated our selves even today we have people who doesn't understand that defending the coastlines & securing the supply routes are entirely two different strategies altogether, let me simplify it for you , suppose GOD forbid in a conflict there is a blockade imposed on us , then even if we some how defend our coastlines successfully still it will not break the blockade ! then too our supply lines will still be blocked because , one of the main objectives of any blockade is to exhaust the country of its supply , or War resources & other important necessities like Oil, weapons, spares, important necessities of daily life like foods item, medicines etcs & above all to standstill the Economy. & that's where a green water navy comes in, as it not only defends its coastlines , but along with that it also protects & secures the supply lines after all a green water naval capability is a competent combination of both defensive & offensive capabilities, & let alone a defensive & offensive green water naval power projection, we don't even have a strong brown water capability to defend us ! we see the fanciest of uniforms wore by our general's with medals shining through, can literally light a room up & we become contended. foolish is a word too little to describe to whom so ever gets impressed by it , instead an intelligent citizen will always ask what kind of a navy do we have, is it a coastal one , a brown water one or a green water one ? do we have an adequate ship building capacity ? & the answer to that is , no we don't , & if truth be told then the fact of the matter is , that we don't even have a fully brown water navy let alone a green water one , take a look at South Korea they have a force of 650 thousand plus active troops well geared , well protected & a well armed one then ours from a to z, they have an air force of 850 fighter jets a ship building capacity to envy & not to mention a "Green water navy" & they are 1,500 sq km smaller then Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & F.A.T.A !
