I firmly believe China and the Philippines can work amicably to resolve any disputes over resources and territory *if* the Philippines shakes off the shackles of its American master. Filipinos, in my experience, are reasonable and not deluded like some of China's other neighbors. It's sad that they don't realize they're being used by the US regime.
