They should find airtight legal ways to make such appointments so nobody in the judiciary can suspend them.

Fair enough, and you think only military personnel in Pakistan can deliver positive results? Here is the problem, retired and serving military personnel are involved in every crown corporation and all crown corporations are bleeding billions/ year..
Since civilians can't do the job, why not have generals keep running the country? lets have another ZIA, bro there are 1000s of well qualified civilians in Pakistan problem is they are not given the chance.

The court did not take a suo moto notice --- the PTI should have filed a reference against illegal appointments when the pathetic PPP and filthy PML N were making theirs. Mil dictators have been just as bad at the kind of progress and fundamental reform we need (civil service, induction of the best minds into relevant posts, strong exports, population control, de-radicalization on a mass/societal scale, etc.)

Disappointing decision. Recently I was receiving good feedbacks on PIA and now we are going back backwards. The government needs to bring their stick out and put the courts its place.

Bring out a new law which will make the state stronger. Laws which give special powers to the PM to appoint people if certain Institutions are full of corruption and going downhill
