Well i do not agree with this then.
A man convicted of contempt of court cannot and should not hold any public office.
On one hand he is found molesting the sanctity of the justice system and then one is expecting him to uphold the constitution holding public office.
Such weak judgements are the root cause of many problems. Either take a firm stand or let people voice their concerns without the superficial guilt of contempt of the courts.
