Saudi is no good at all, they had Superiority complex ego driven by religious and ethnic drive structure. I always harbour suspicion against them if not for their hold and control over Islam two holiest cities, Mecca and Medina, and Hejaz as the birthplace of Islam i am afraid not many will hold cooperation with them eventhough they are crazy rich for their oil wealth.

Algeria, Turks, Tunis, Marocco, Iran, and levant countries like Syria, Lebanon hold a better view on human resources aspect and culture in my opinion compared to the Gulf states like Saudi, UAE, kuwait and Oman.
