It's just to show people that Saudis are not inherently stupid. My friend who is studying electric engineering in Tokyo is the top of his class . That is among japanes students I went to school with the guy. I only joined this forum to destroy the myth of Saudi "incompetence" and when you read in this forum the audacity of some people's comments it's just blood boiling.

The Nobel (note it is Nobel, the dynamite inventor, not "Noble") Peace prize definitely is a joke. However, the Nobel prizes in physics, chemistry, and other sciences are definitely NOT jokes, and only go to some seriously smart scientists.
