Besides the KSA-Iraqi border that is 800 km long is sealed off on the Saudi Arabian side and there is heavy military presence in the Northern Regions of KSA and several army bases.

Saudi Arabians doing that can be counted on 2-4 hands and they are not being exported by anyone other than themselves.
