ISLAMABAD: A high-level Saudi delegation led by the kingdom's foreign minister is set to pay an official visit to Pakistan this month, well-placed sources said.
Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan al-Saud will be accompanied by kingdom’s Minister of Energy Abdulaziz bin Salman and a team of Saudi businessmen and companies’ heads.
According to sources, the visit will take place within a fortnight. The Saudi FM will hold talks with President Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Establishment of an oil refinery in Pakistan will also come up during the bilateral discussions.
The sources say that the upcoming Saudi visit was sending positive vibes with regard to mending ties between Pakistan and the kingdom that embittered following Islamabad’s demand to call an OIC meeting on Kashmir issue.

Unless he comes with something tangible about how they are going to help us with our enemies and how they will help in hurting India

Then he might as well not bother, a reasonable trade and friendly relationship is better then bullshit

China has India by the throat, what have the Arabs or GCC done?

.
Just a slight correction

Its Abu Jahl , Abu Lahab

also good news i hope. Matters must be resolved between Pakistan and KSA ASAP
I hope KSA see sense that war is not the solution on Iran or Yemen. Full trade ahead should be the call of the day.

I have a gut feeling that if Iran stopped all support and funding to the Houthis, Matters will resolve instantly and Yemen will be a developing nation within 20 years. One can only Hope though ....

also, i agree with you that all nations should never resort to war as a solution to anything, then again, that is a LONG shot in the world we live in now.

Exactly my thoughts.

Pakistan needs to give ultimatum to the GCC, either with us or against us. No BS.

Pakistanis by and large, due to lack of understanding in geopolitics are still stuck in past, the unipolar world. The reality is China truely has become a super power in its own right and world is rapidly moving away from unipolar to multipolar power centres. Pakistan interests lies within the Chinese camp where we got seat among the "board of governors". America side, we are projected as a failed state, our mortal enemy India is forced on us to except as hegemone, where crumbs are thrown and trickle down to us via the Arabs.

GCC will never leave the American camp, the way they move to accept Israel should be an eye opener. For Pakistan, status quo is no longer an option. It must be treated for its size and power it posses, which is only possible within Chinese camp and CPEC is a good start (a mutually beneficial dependency with a super power).

So expect full propaganda from KYN in coming days.

I hope he visits Gwadar and Quetta and consoles the Pak Afghan Hazaras.

الله يبارك في أخواننا الباكستانيين

Pakistanis are a part of the GCC society fabric , from the smallest employee to the biggest business men and professionals. Inshallah things go back better than ever
Not sure I agree entirely.
The اخواننا are also called عمًال الباكستانى but it is better than being called كلبين الهنوًدthe term reserved for our "friendly neighbor" next door.
