Nothing has been change in saudi Arabia. Only the burden of new tax on a common man , like the third world countries. The economic prosperity and national growth was in King Abdullah's era can't be match with the current regime. Non saudi and saudi all feeling the same pain of VAT on each and every item. Only the night clubs, music concerts and cinema are the way of progress in your point of view....then yes Saudi arab gain a lot progress under the crown prince MBS. Otherwise nothing change, not even a single labour law is not made better for foreign labours.all the labour reforms are just mirage.

Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030: A vision of an uneducated young ruler MBS who knows little of what goes on in this world. A pretty blurry vision I'd say. Additionally, Jamal Khashoggi's murder is still hanging over that medieval regime.
