I think its time for a joint fighter with a few nations for our project. It can help increase production and reduce cost.

haha he's never said he's a professional and neither are you. The fact is Saudi Arabia has not done something like this especially for an aircraft of such complexity. Currently Saudi Arabia doesn't have the know-how which is obvious considering this project has not started yet.

Americans will be sent over to train Saudis and engage local industry. It's a big deal that majority of the workers will be Saudi though, even your Prince thought it was important enough to announce.

It's a step in the right direction, and hopefully Muslims countries will develop more in these fields.

Edit: I'm not claiming to be an expert either just saying what's obvious.

a military cooperation with turkey and Pakistan will be more beneficial as they do have advanced technological capabilities.
