Nayef al-Qua, a political adviser and lecturer at Saudi Arabia's military college, sent a threat to Iran in an interview on Saudi television, saying that Saudi Arabia had missiles capable of "destroying half of Tehran."

Could not locate this Mr. Naif Al-Qua by google search.
Appears to be a bogus news because no such political advisor is in authority to give such a statement.
