NO they don't, Western countries have laws against Nudity and by if you go out in public naked then you get arrested. So tell me, where are these "options"?

You talk about women's rights like that is the only rights to be had. In the west men who get married/have kids are essentially slaves. The "wives" can divorce them at any time, take their property and wages and leave the guy destitute. A friend of mine does Taxes and he sees so many men who make 100k a year only to give 70% of that to a women because she decided she wanted his money more than him. Oh and don't get me started on the debtors prisons you have, miss a payday for your wife... you going to jail. That is literal slavery.
So instead of b!tiching and moaning about a people half way around the world why not address the real problem of male slavery in your own society?
