Well, all I know is that KSA and Pakistan are long-term allies and very close. Especially the two militaries. I also know that KSA helped finance the Pakistani nuclear program in the past.

All the rest is guesswork IMO.

In other news then KSA is going to built 16 nuclear reactors with the first being ready in 2022. Nuclear energy together with solar, wind and renewable energy as a whole is the future.

well Militarily both countries are together , and there is no doubt that KSA fund the Pakistani Nuclear program .... and there is nothing wrong about it , you are host of our two holy sites .... and i hope that KSA will gain some benefit from our experience in CM technology ..
