the whole pakistan is at least 3G enabled. we have 4g in all major and middle cities
a 4g connection and data package is amongst the cheapest in the world and we get speeds upto 40 MBPS , even 100MBPS

Also do you think these kind of satellites cannot be disabled? Every satellite can control who can or who cannot access them? Untill Pakistan does not launch its own satellite specifically for that purpose it will be hard for any country or private entity to support this by irking India.
